About me
I started just like you - I wanted to be skinnier, fitter, healthier…the list goes on.
I started eating “clean”, going for runs daily, and checking my weight every day.
Until I realised I was depleted, exhausted, unhappy and honestly, people stopped enjoying my company because all I did was eat “healthy” food or go on diets and exercise. It turns out this wasn’t the life I imagined, and I wasn’t any happier with my body in the end.
Then I discovered Yoga & Tae Kwon Do - two exercise modalities that honestly didn’t care about how you looked and made me realise I wanted to be stronger, I wanted to love my body and I wanted to enjoy how I moved my body.
I went on to start strength training, and met the most incredible coach who supported me, taught me it was important to fuel my body and to focus on building strength - and I noticed after a short while that I stopped stepping on the scales, I was more comfortable in my skin and I had this new found confidence.
It was then that I decided I wanted to share this with others - I became a Personal Trainer & a Nutritionist to better understand how food and exercise can build health, improve confidence, and help women achieve a healthier body & mindset that reflect who they are inside.
And here I am, working with women like you who want to love their body, be confident in their skin, feel strong & sexy and build a life that they love!
